We take pride in sourcing great meat for our loyal customers. We love exploring the wide range of suppliers available to us, this is to ensure the best meat can be accessed at all times of the year.
Our lamb is sourced from Kent, including the famous salt marshes, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Hertfordshire. Using our trusted suppliers we are able to ensure the best quality lamb at affordable prices. Each lamb is hung in our locker for a full taste sensation.
The pork we use is from Blythburgh in Suffolk. They are certified free-range but we feel they are also the definition of free-range, living out doors all year round with shelter available to them as and when they need it. All of our pork products are made using the same meat. We only take pigs of a certain size to ensure a high standard for eating.
We source our beef from low yield producers who value quality over quantity. The majority of our meat comes from Essex and Suffolk but we also source from Scotland, Kent and other close-by counties. We stock a mixture of breeds from Aberdeen Angus to Red Poll so ask us what's currently in stock!
Our free-range chickens come from a variety of farms. We stock the Caldecott White, Packington Free Range and Herb Fed chickens. All of our chicken is raised in England and is certified Free Range.
We stock game in season and source it from reputable game suppliers to ensure quality.
