1 RESERVATION CONTRACT
1.1 This website is operated by Meat Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Proudsow.co.uk website you are bound by these Terms & Conditions. All use and reservations made on this website are governed by these Terms & Conditions at any time although the Terms & Conditions governing any given use or booking will be those in effect at the date of your order or specific use. If you use or order goods after we have published any changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each use or order to ensure that you understand the precise Terms & Conditions applicable to your site visit or booking. To assist you in determining whether the Terms & Conditions have changed since your most recent order we will display the date when these Terms & Conditions were most recently updated.

1.2 This service is only available to end-users (you the “customer”). This is a reservation service for local pick-up or delivery. All delivery and pick up times are subject to change at any time without notice. The delivery service does not constitute a ‘Next Day’ service and all bookings are subject to availability and change.

1.3 We will confirm your order placed directly by using the proudsow.co.uk website. This will occur either by message on the website immediately after you have confirmed your order, or by us sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to us or by us calling you on the phone number provided.

1.4 Please note that the order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Subject to our cancellation rights below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract will take place when we the goods are delivered or picked up at the time arranged. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time if we suspect fraud, have reason to believe you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other terms and conditions relating to your order, or if there is an outstanding payment for any account registered at your address. In the event that we cancel your order, you will receive email notification and will be invited to contact our shops on either 02086903320 or 02086936729.

1.5 In the rare event that unforeseen operational or technical issues occur, we may need to cancel or rearrange delivery or pick up. If this happens we will endeavour to contact you to arrange an alternative date.

1.6 Orders can be placed subject to availability but may not be delivered until such time that we contact you to schedule a time.

1.7 After confirmation of the order changes may not be made in person or over the phone.

1.8 Any orders placed through the proudsow.co.uk service may not be amended but can be cancelled by the customer at no charge, provided that this is done 6 hours before delivery time. Any orders that have not been cancelled by this cut-off time are binding.

1.9 You must be 18 years old or over and must have completed the registration process in order to participate in our service.

2.0 The law places certain restrictions on transactions involving alcohol, and accordingly alcohol must be ordered by you during normal licensing hours. We operate a “Challenge 25” policy, which means that if the person receiving delivery of alcohol looks under 25, we will request identification. We may retain the products if proof of age or an alternative adult is not available.

2.1 Items are priced individually regardless of final weight, an indication of weight will be given but are only ever approximate unless stated as exact. In the event that there is a change in the price/kg between the time you confirmed your order and the time the item is weighed and priced by us, the price you will be charged will be the price at the time you confirmed your order.

2.2 You are paying a full payment fee. This constitutes full payment. Your final order will be cut and or packaged in store in person. The fee will be your full and final bill and the full purchase will be completed upon delivery or pick up.

2.3 In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you in good time or as soon as we are aware that we may not be able to continue processing the order. A replacement will be offered in the first instance. Orders are non-refundable but are exchangeable against other items or store credit. Please contact us to discuss any refund requests.

2.4 Your privacy is extremely important to us. We will not hold any of your personal details. We will not sell or use your details in any way other to try and contact you regarding your booking. We have chosen to use third party secure sites for card processing and communication. You have the right to have these details removed at any time.
